Lisa has deep experience working with museums and nonprofit organizations, as well as FORTUNE 100 executives from the legal, technology, finance, consumer goods and other sectors. Her results-driven approach to leadership development and management consulting, paired with real-world strategies, positions clients for the next level of success. Lisa prepares executives for higher leadership roles, helps organizations scale and supports personal and professional growth.
My Story
It all started in the military.
When I was just 18 years old I was drafted into the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) as a non-commissioned officer. Placed in a leadership role, I was trained as a success coach and advocate for women soldiers. My job was to ensure that the hundreds of women in my unit were supported in a way that would help maximize their performance.
Sounds simple, right?
Yet many of the soldiers were unmotivated or unsure about how to function in a professional setting. I noticed that skill-building training wasn’t enough to improve their performance. So I started coaching the most challenged soldiers one on one.
I soon discovered that the women I coached became more confident, created strategies for their own success, evolved into stronger leaders and ultimately completed their service with honorable discharge. It was a complete transformation from where they started.
The leadership and coaching skills I learned in the military have served me well over the years. They've also been very helpful to the teams, colleagues and organizations I've worked with.
Now I'm ready to share them with you!
